To have 2 years or more in a supervisory position in a medium to high volume food operation.Must be able to multi task, work at a fast pace and be able to delegate and follow up on given tasks.Must be able to coach, motivate and develop employees to perform their day to day activities.Prepare food and supply orders as required.Provide recommendations for hiring, advancement or promotion of employees.Be able to resolve issues.Follow and enforce all policies and procedures of the restaurant.Promote a healthy work environment.Works well with the management team.Understands and completes daily office paperwork ( cashing out servers, balancing daily cash, invoicing and payroll ).Completes monthly Food Safety Audit and Covid Audit.When busy can help out in all areas of the operation ( kitchen and dining room ).Salary is depending on experience.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $36,000.00-$42,000.00 per yearBenefits:
