As a Seasonal Flight Attendant you are friendly and pleasant, you are courteous and have a helpful attitude towards our passengers. You maintain a calm, dignified manner that exudes confidence and competence.With a genuine passion for giving passengers a great experience, you deliver exceptional customer service. You are trained on all procedures in order to become a safety professional. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you demonstrate compatibility and teamwork with colleagues and all other Sunwing employees. What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as directed by The Company
  • Ensure that Company safety policies and relevant regulatory requirements are applied and maintained
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures outlined in InFlight manuals are followed
  • Maintain competency in all current safety and emergency qualifications
  • Provide first aid when required
  • Operate safety and emergency equipment
  • Comply with Company uniform standards
  • Maintain valid personal travel documents and Company medical requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience an asset
  • Fluency in both official languages an asset
  • Must successfully complete a five-week training program
  • Medically fit to meet all physical requirements of the position
  • Possess a valid Canadian passport that allows travel to all countries served by Sunwing Airlines
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to swim
  • Legal age to serve alcohol
  • Capable to work in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays and to travel on a consistent basis
