The right candidate for this position would be responsible for many aspects of our day-to-day business including, but not limited to:Tear down and repair of bottom hole pumps (BHP), inspection of BHP for Corrosion wear and pitting, rebuild of new pump and air testing.Break down pumps using electric tools, friction wrenches, buffers, steamer, Appropriate solvents and other equipment as neededDocument inspection findings and complete pump reportsPreparation of customer orders, warehousing, shipping, receivingDeliveries and pick-ups in town and out to locations as necessaryEnsure the quality of products and services the customer receives meets or exceeds their requirementsInitiates and builds customer relationships with existing and new customersEfficiently execute store processes to corporate standardsContinue to implement our safety program and promote the safety culture in our branch and organization as well as constantly strive to improve our safety programDo you have the right qualificationsAn interest in repair work, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and the ability to work with hands. Experience and knowledge with ALS and bottom hole pumps is an asset, but the employer is willing to train.Must have a valid class 5 drivers license and must provide a current drivers abstractMust be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedlyMust be willing to work an on-call rotation that includes weekends and evening when necessaryAbility to set own priorities, schedule daily events, work unsupervised, maintain a high quality of work and be able to meet strict deadlines. Successful candidate will be required to complete First Aid, H2S and safety certifications related to job specific tasksSuccessful candidates will be required to complete pre-employment drug and alcohol screeningSkills and AbilitiesCredentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)- Driver #39;s licence
