You must be in good physical condition in order to perform a variety of manual activities. The successful candidate will be required to operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment, climb ladders and lift heavy objects. Candidates must possess a valid Fireman #39;s Certificate or be willing to achieve the certificate within 6 months of employment, along with a valid driver #39;s license.The successful candidate will have working knowledge of building operations, repairs and maintenance as well as working knowledge of the standard methods, materials, tools and practices of carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems. You will also have the ability to perform minor building repairs and maintenance and the ability to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair problems or equipment to restore operation.
