Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join for our award winning fast paced dealership.We are looking for a friendly, hardworking individual to join our growing dealership, with lots of room to grow. Reliable Ford is family ran dealership that provides an exceptional customer experience.Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicating with Technicians and Parts Team to ensure timely completion of work
  • Take ownership and accountability for delivering excellent service quality
  • Scheduling service appointments
  • Writing work orders
  • Direct and dispatch technicians and or detailer’s ROs
  • Make best value repair recommendations and recommendations for preventative maintenance
  • Promptly meet and serve customers in person, by phone, and by email
  • Identifying the necessary services based on the customer’s needs
  • Answering phones and emails, including selling required service over the telephone or in-person
  • Using the DMS system (Reynolds & Reynolds) for scheduling, recording, and vehicle history
  • Assisting the warranty clerk
Qualifications:
  • 8 plus years experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to negotiate and sell tactfully
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a good work ethic and drive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superb multi-tasker
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
Automotive workshop process and mechanical knowledge an assetExperience in a Ford Dealership will be considered an assetExperience with Reynolds and Reynolds an assetJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:

Schedule:

Experience:
  • Automotive Service Advisor: 8 years (preferred)
