Experienced Cook We are looking for an experienced cook to join our kitchen team. This position will start out as part time but could lead to full time for the right candidate. We serve authentically prepared house-made Italian food made with locally-sourced fresh ingredients for our Scozia guests as well as a true “gastro” experience of flavours for our guests in the Fergusson Room Pub.Our ideal candidate will understand that their duties begin and end with sanitation and food safety. They will share our passion for food and take pride in their work. Organizational skills and time management are a must and so is the ability to work well under pressure.
