The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Tim Hortons locations within Fergus/Elora, ON. This includes working closely with Restaurant Managers by providing leadership and direction, to ensure Tim Hortons standards are met and exceeded.The Operations Manager will coach Restaurant Managers on all aspects of their restaurants. Including business and financial results, effective operations, health and safety, team member engagement and guest satisfaction. This individual possesses strong financial acumen and business development skills and will have the ability to analyze information such as sales, food & paper, labour and overhead expenses to determine appropriate solutions for growth.The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of multi unit operations experience in hospitality or restaurant sector.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentREQUIREMENTS
