This dynamic position requires effective case management skills as well as establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with individuals, families, services providers and agencies. Several regular positions are being recruited for. Candidates that do not meet the full working level of the (SP4) will be considered on an underfill basis and will be provided training and development toward meeting the full scope of the duties (SP4).
