Join an innovative, growing, and diverse organization where your voice matters.THE POSITION:The Inside Sales Supervisor for First Light Safety Products is responsible for leading and supervising a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and drive the team #39;s overall performance. This role involves strategic planning, sales coaching, performance tracking, and collaboration with other departments to ensure the sales team has the tools and support needed to succeed.HOW YOU WILL BE MAKING AN IMPACT:
  • Contact school districts, dealers, and State Directors to create relationships and promote First Light’s line of LED-based safety equipment.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the Regional Account Executive for further development and closure.
  • Make follow-up calls to customers.
  • Consistently achieve a high level of customer service.
  • Engage in new customer development for First Light’s line of LED-based safety equipment.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to inside sales representatives. Monitor performance and set sales goals.
  • Motivate the team to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
  • Help develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to optimize team performance and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment with the company #39;s overall sales and marketing strategies.
  • Help analyze team performance, identify areas for improvement, and assist Sales Manager with implementing strategies to address any issues.
  • Continually assess and improve the sales process to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Implement best practices in inside sales.
  • Assist in recruiting new team members and provide training to new and existing staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within an inside sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle unexpected challenges.
