We are looking for two (2) Physiotherapists who can start immediately. Wage: $44.00 per hour for 30 to 44 hours per week Health Benefits: Dental plan, Health care plan, Vision care benefitsTerms of Employment: Permanent; Full-timeEmployment Conditions: Day; Morning; Shift; WeekendLanguage: EnglishEducation: A degree in Physiotherapy is requiredExperience: Experience an asset.Job Duties: Assess clients physical abilities using evaluative procedures such as functional ability tests to establish a physiotherapy diagnosis. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, massage, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, and other physiotherapy techniques to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent physical dysfunction. Establish treatment goals in collaboration with clients to enhance physical functioning and overall well-being. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making necessary adjustments to optimize recovery and progress. Educate clients on home-based exercises, posture correction, and injury prevention strategies to support long-term health and rehabilitation. Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective treatment coordination. Maintain detailed clinical records, document treatment progress, and contribute to interdisciplinary case discussions. Design and implement health promotion and injury prevention programs for individuals, staff, and the broader community.
