Job Description

Job DescriptionCEDA is currently seeking an experienced Resource Coordinator based out of our Fort McMurray region.Join our team as a Resource Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain the personnel schedule across multiple sites based on client requirements, personnel skills and training
  • Collaborate with internal teams and publish weekly schedules
  • Supporting turnaround initiatives by loading resource schedules and coordinating with internal teams for allocation of event resources
  • Ensuring compliance with our company’s policies and procedures by tracking schedule variances (sick days, vacations, suspension, leave of absences, etc.)
  • Help facilitate new hire onboarding by providing first day details and requirements, site and shift schedule, training and badge activation
  • Coordinate personnel into specialized workforce teams based off specific training, skill-level, the schedule and resource availability
  • Other duties as requested
Role Specifications:
  • 3-5 years of work experience with similar duties is required
  • 1+ years of direct work experience maintaining a year-round and project schedule is ideal
  • A strong understanding of the Oilamp; Gas industry is ideal
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills working in a people based service business is ideal
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Class 5 driver’s license with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years
  • Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
