We believe in our people and trust that they are the backbone of our success.Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Able to grade haul roads and work with haul equipment.
  • Ability to do ripping, contouring, trimming slopes and ditch cuts.
  • Leveling and spreading gravel for dump trucks.
  • Willing to help ground personnel when required.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections, meticulously examining tires, fluids, lights and brakes to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Adhere to project specifications and guidelines to maintain quality standards.
  • Champion our safety culture by adhering to Morgan #39;s Safe Work Procedures and PPE policies.
  • Showcase your exceptional judgement and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrate your versatility by collaborating effectively with team members and independently taking ownerships of tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a Grader, 14 and/or 16 H/M Series.
  • Experience as a Grader Operator in the heavy civil earthworks, construction or oilfield maintenance services industry is required.
  • Proven experience working on ice road construction for snow clearing and placement for freezing in activities
  • General road maintenance
Requirements
  • Must have (or be willing and able to obtain) CSTS-09/ OSSA Regional or BSO or CSO, Intermediate First Aid, H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance Level 2, Bear Awareness (in class).
  • Able to shovel out equipment tracks
  • Must have (or be willing and able to obtain) CSTS-09/ OSSA Regional or BSO or CSO, Intermediate First Aid, H2S Alive, Bear Awareness (in class), H2S Alive or awareness.
  • Provide your own steel toed 6 quot; lace up boots (CSA Approved)
  • Able to repetitively and safely lift up to 50lbs.
  • Alcohol, Drug and fit to work testing is a pre-employment requirement

  • Expect to handle noise and vibrations on the job.
  • Must be able to work up to 12 hours a day.
