We believe giving you choice over when, where and how you work will improve both your wellbeing and your performance – creating a win-win situation for you, for us and for the thousands of people who rely on us.About the Community Housing Officer roleHelping us deliver cleaner, greener and safer neighbourhoods, you will undertake regular inspections of our estates and actively address any littering, antisocial behaviour or breaches of tenancy conditions and Keeping In Touch Visits with residents in their home. Providing community charters and events. At the same time, you will assist our Lettings Co-ordinator in minimising voids and identifying potential residents, so you can expect a considerable impact on our bottom line as well as our residents’ quality of life. In particular, you will rapidly respond to queries and complaints, whilst assisting with viewings, contract signings and move-ins and resolving any post-handover issues – meaning that every day will bring new and stimulating responsibilities.Alongside sound experience of social housing, you should bring a proven ability to build good relationships with diverse customers and a demonstrable flair for meeting stretching targets.
