Preference will be given to those meeting the Functional Analyst IV level, to support leadership responsibilities.As part of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Payroll team, the Functional Analyst works collaboratively with clients to ensure the Human Resource functional requirements of the company are supported by the PeopleSoft application and other supporting systems.QualificationsThe ideal teammate will have a University Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration along with:4 years #39; experience supporting and maintaining Human Resources Enterprise Resource Planning systems (6 years #39; experience is required to meet the Functional Analyst IV level).Strong technical knowledge in the areas of software configuration and testing.Experience with various HR processes, in particular areas of Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Compensation, Labor Relations, Wellness, Performance Management, etc.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate:Strong client focus.Clear and effective oral communication skills.Strong organizational skills.ResponsibilitiesKey functions include:Production Support: Monitor production process, research, troubleshoot, follow-up and resolve errors or client problems.Solution Support: Identify business needs by interviewing clients, assessing related workflows and business processes; perform feasibility analysis to suggest recommendations for improvement to system functionality to meet requirements.System Upgrades: Support system upgrades of ongoing maintenance (regular updates, tax updates, security patches) as well as implementation of client requests for enhancements. Conduct testing, validate functionality and ensure readiness for implementation.Candidates meeting the Functional Analyst IV level, will also be subject to leading the HRIS team of analysts, including project planning, prioritization, and coordinating requests.An equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered.
