Reporting to the Director of Communicationsamp; Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will focus on creating, supporting, and optimizing our marketing programs. This role will be responsible for defining and tracking customer and client personas, developing content marketing materials, and supporting the development of marketing campaigns, including strategy.This position is a highly innovative and dynamic role. The Marketing Specialist will play a significant part in helping the organization define the right target audiences and supporting production of engaging content. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, creative, well-organized, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, start-up environment.In this role, the Marketing Specialist will have key responsibilities, such as:Lead the research and development of customer and client personas to support the product, sales, and marketing teams #39; projects and campaigns.Be the go-to person for information on our target audiences and best channels of communication.Design questionnaires and discussion guides, surveys, and conduct focus groups or 1:1 interviews to support persona development.Lead the development and curation of meaningful content on social media, collaborate with other teams on thought leadership and lead generation assets all tied back to the identified personas and markets.Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns towards targeted audiences.Advise members of the marketing team and other stakeholders on best practices for engaging with specific audiences.
