Come join us, you will thrive.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Marketing Manager (L3) responsible for new lead acquisition and developing strategic campaigns to drive new business. The opportunities are limitless to develop technical, business and leadership skills, by working with the latest technologies to implement critical business solutions on behalf of clients.Training programs are available, and salary is commensurate with experienceResponsibilities:

  • Engage with Marketing and Sales to develop Capital Markets B2B campaigns focused on developing brand awareness of our professional services and emerging product set.
  • Execute inbound lead generation strategy and email marketing within Salesforce
  • Define and segment customers to determine appropriate outreach strategies
  • Create engaging web content, thought leadership white papers, email newsletters and other publications relevant to our industry
  • Build and optimize landing pages, forms, and lead scoring rules
  • Drive SEO in content creation, social media and content programming
  • Publish events, photos and content to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and other channels as required
  • Manage and maintain customer and partner data, developing sales workflows and templates
  • Aid in general sales and marketing efforts
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Passionate about lead generation, marketing automation and working with sales.
  • Highly motivated, youthfully minded, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Solid copywriting and communication skills both verbally and written
  • Independent worker capable of generating new projects and developing the role
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficient within all forms of social media driving strategic content that aligns to corporate direction and goals.

Work Related Expectations:The incumbent will be based out of their home office, with attendance at the Gananoque office as required for meetings and other employment duties, and must be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate client requirements in a variety of time zones.
