Newfoundland and Labrador Credit Union (NLCU) is currently looking for energetic, motivated people to fill the position of:Branch Manager, Member ServiceFull Time, Permanent - GanderThe Branch Manager, Member Service exemplifies what it means to deliver exceptionally high quality service to members and oversees the day-to-day operations of the retail branch. In using proven leadership and business development skills, the Branch Manager, Member Service leads the branch to success!Acting as a mentor/role model, the Branch Manager, Member Service motivates and develops the team through coaching, training and performance management. In preparing the branch business plan, the Branch Manager, Member Service establishes goals and regularly follows up to ensure goals are being met. With a high quality of member service as a top priority, developing the team becomes fundamental in the retention of existing, and attraction of new member relationships. The Branch Manager, Member Service uses his/her knowledge of risk management and exercises sound judgement in decision making.To be successful in the Branch Manager, Member Service role, you must have a minimum of 6 years' experience in the financial service industry, a minimum of 3 years' with direct leadership responsibilities and secondary school supplemented with post-secondary training in business or related field, a knowledge in Microsoft Office products and banking/customer service software.We would like to thank all interested candidates; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
