Job Description

MULROONEY’S CONSTRUCTION LIMITED, a multi-faceted construction company located in Gander, is looking for reliable employees for construction and landscaping labourersTasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks and operates a variety of equipment in the construction industry
  • Ensures all work is completed within specifications and instructions
  • Safely maintains tools and equipment, and work areas in a clean and orderly manner
  • Loads, unloads, and identifies construction materials, machinery, and tools
  • Performs other general labor duties as required
  • Landscaping and lawn maintenance work
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
This position requires a team player who:
  • Has a great attitude and is good with customers
  • Is dependable, organized, and makes efficient use of time
  • Has punctual and reliable attendance
  • Has physical strength and coordination to perform manual labour in all types of environments and conditions and work overtime
  • Is able to handle projects without supervision and troubleshoot as needed
  • Is Willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
  • Has a valid drivers license
  • Skid Steer/Mini-excavator experience is an asset
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $14.00-$24.00 per hourAbility to commute/relocate:
  • Gander, NL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
