  • Leadership : Guidez votre équipe (2 à 3 membres d #39;équipage) lorsqu #39;elle est sur place et offrez une formation, au besoin
  • Productivité : Compléter les activités de déneigement dans le temps imparti
  • Qualité : travailler de manière à minimiser les reprises
  • Sécurité : Participer aux réunions de sécurité à la demande et assurer un passage sécuritaire pour tous les utilisateurs du site
