Job Description

Job DescriptionADGA is hiring a Project Manager to provide project support and coordination to multiple projects on a large-scale defence program that ADGA manages, which include planning, tracking requirements, capabilities and dependencies in these projects.The Project Manager will provide support to the following project activities, but not limited to:

  • Plan, recommend and coordinate project management activities for the six projects, including financial, planning and contracting aspects;
  • Track project dependencies for the six projects
  • Monitor, track progress of project activities; produce status reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders;
  • Collaborate, assist Project PMOs with external stakeholder coordination throughout the Project phases;
  • Assist Projects PMO with internal SME coordination as required;
  • Manage the Projects Service Level Agreements (SLA);
  • Coordinate and track Projects requirements and capabilities;
  • Advise PCO on emerging schedule, resource, and technical risks;
  • Maintain project control information in order to support LC4ISR integration within projects;
  • Coordinate with project teams and track files, deliverables, tasks, action items, risks and meets;
  • Maintain, track data for Action Items and other project tasks, providing metrics to PMO;
  • Assist in the development of plans and projects;
  • Produce project documents, brief notes, reports, and presentations;
  • Advise LPICC Cell Coordinator on Workload, Key Milestones and Major Risks; and
  • Perform any other work related to this category.
