Job Description Peaceful Hearts Studio is a community-based program for adults with special needs. Our studio is located in Keswick, Ontario. We are currently hiring enthusiastic, motivated applicants. Applicants must reside locally (Georgina, Newmarket, East Gwillimbury, Bradford). Our employees work in collaboration with his/her program team to ensure and to nurture the well-being, growth and development of core members in the program in accordance with the principles, values and philosophy outlined in the Mission Statement.Requirements· PSW, DSW, SSW or CYW diploma/certificate or equivalent from a recognized college· 1-2 years' experience supporting people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities· First Aid and CPR certificate· G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract· Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector ScreeningPersonality & Key Qualities · Cheerful, Patient and Kind demeanor· Enthusiastic and Motivated· Creative, Artistic and Imaginative· Proven Organization and Time Management skills· Excellent Communication and Analytical skills· Efficient Computer skills – outlook, word, excel· Strong Team Spirit, able to work CooperativelyDuties and Responsibilities
