LTR Industries (Ottawa) Limited supplies Commercial Millwork to the general construction industry, Interior Designers and individual commercial/residential clients and offer complete design/build services, or pre-costed tendered jobs.LTR Industries is looking for an Architectural CAD Technician to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Senior Engineer.Duties will include:- Converting Architectural designs to shop drawings- Making changes to drawings during production- Stay up to date with new Auto-CAD and other relevant software and trends- Coming up with creative solutions- Other responsibilities as assigned by Senior EngineerYou will bring:- Experience in the woodworking industry- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite- Experience with CAD and other industry drafting software, Microvellum and Cabinet Vision experience preferred- Detail oriented and organized- Strong written, and oral communication skills- Ability to read, analyze and interpret Architectural Millwork Drawings- Knowledge of millwork materials- Excellent time management skills- Able to work under pressureLTR Provides:
