  • You thrive in coordinating multiple tasks, & providing exceptional customer service
  • You have great attention to detail and organizational skills
In this role you will:
  • Frontpoint customer service. Answering and responding to telephone calls and emails in a professional manner which supports company core values.
  • Provide scheduling and logistical support to Operations Manager and Crew Leaders in meeting annual revenue goals.
  • Provide sales support to meet sales targets and to maintain 9/10 customer rating through assisting with the customers experience and ensuring they are exceptionally satisfied.
  • Provide bookkeeping and payroll support: accounts receivable, account payable, bi-weekly timesheets and weekly/monthly scorecard.
  • Participate in strategic planning and policy & procedure development.In coordination with Safety Manager, administer the Green Leaf Tree Services Safety Program in preparation for BCFSC annual audit.
