Job Description

Fonctions :Looking for a day job Do you have a keen sense of customer service and love to hit the road We have the perfect job for you with a great team! We are currently looking for a SALES DELIVERY person to support our team.As a Sales Delivery Specialist, you will make deliveries in Montreal, Quebec City and the province of Quebec in a company vehicle to various retail stores. You will be responsible for all customer service tasks related to our deliveries including ordering, sorting and merchandising. We are looking for the right person to meet our customers expectations and bring positive energy to the job. English is essential as 90% of our customers are English speaking.Heres an overview of the tasks youll be doing on a daily basis;

  • Prepare and load customer orders;
  • Deliver products to customers;
  • Stock and rotate products on store shelves and displays;
  • Set up displays and promotional materials such as price signs and banners;
  • Ensure all accounts are merchandised according to standards;
  • Establish positive working relationships with key contacts in each account;
  • Communicate in a professional manner with other teams;
  • Generate invoices and be responsible for daily cash flow;
  • Completing all necessary paperwork completely and accurately;
  • Clean and sanitize trucks;
  • Inspect truck daily before and after trip;
  • Help in the warehouse.
Compétences :THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Valid class 5 drivers license and impeccable driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Bilingualism required
  • Organized, confident and motivated;
  • Results-oriented, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Neat appearance;
  • Must be able to push/pull/lift 50 pounds;
  • Good physical condition and ability to bend, kneel and crouch frequently;
  • Computer proficiency;
  • Flexibility in scheduling is a key requirement
