Summary: Reporting to the Business Director, the Office Manager will be responsible for managing the Office Admin, Supply Chain and QA departments as well as managing HR and independently. The Office Manager and the Business Director will meet regularly to discuss strategy, challenges, progress and opportunities within these departments.The Office Manager is an onsite leader for the business side of the operations. This includes overseeing and managing the Supply Chain Coordinator, Office Administrator and the QA Tech (temporarily) in their roles. This will include having regular meetings with the members of these departments, assigning tasks and setting deadlines, ensuring quality work is being completed in a timely manner and developing future plans with the direct reports. It is expected that the Office Manager tracks progress in these areas and provides timely and accurate updates as requested.The Office Manager will participate in coordinating marketing efforts alongside the Sales department. The Office Manager will also be responsible for the Human Resources needs of the business. This will include hiring, training and development, performance management (in coordination with other managers and supervisors) and disciplinary actions as needed. It is expected that the Office Manager develops a plan for these areas and tracks and reports progress.The Office Manager is a leader in the organization and represents the respective departments at the management level. The Office Manager’s opinion on matters relating to these departments will be sought out regularly and they will play a role in the achievement of active company goals and the development of future company goals as it may pertain to these areas.Responsibilities:
