Job Description

Shift Auto Group, Eastern Canada’s fastest growing automotive retailer, is seeking to fill their part-time, evening First Impressions Role. This role is designed to be a role where you can work from home, and can be located anywhere New Brunswick.Shift Auto Group is headquartered in Fredericton, New Brunswick and consists of New Car Dealerships (Volvo Cars New Brunswick, Fredericton Mitsubishi, Grand Falls Hyundai) as well as three St. Croix Auto used car dealerships (Fredericton, St. Stephen, St. George, New Brunswick). Started just over three years ago in 2018, ReCar currently has 6 locations (Fredericton, Saint John, Moncton, Woodstock in New Brunswick, Stratford (Charlottetown), PEI, and St. John’s, NL), with 2+ more locations opening in 2022 (ReCar Halifax opening in the Fall, with more to be announced).The key cog in our organization is our First Impressions. Many companies would call this position Reception or Administrative Assistant, but we feel that this is a very important position within our team, and we dont believe that these titles properly explain the importance of the position. This particular role is unique in that you will be the main switchboard for all of our locations during the evening and weekend hours.The role of First Impressions is:

  • First and foremost, to ensure that every guest who we interact with via telephone has an exceptional experience.
  • Answer all inbound telephone calls for many Shift Auto Group dealerships, being the first point of contact for these telephone guests.
  • Managing the proper collection of accurate location guest traffic, using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This includes recording sales calls for all the locations you serve as reception for, as well as walk-in traffic at Grand Falls Hyundai.
  • Any and all other administrative and support duties as instructed by Ownership.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Organized
  • Honest and Reliable
  • Good knowledge of all Google Workspace apps (Google Docs, Sheets, etc).
  • Exceptional Personality with a desire to make people feel amazing
  • Previous office and/or customer facing service experience would be a definite asset.
