Position: Cree Language and Cultural TeacherLocation: Grand Rapids SchoolStart Date: September 7, 2021FTE: 1.00 FTETerm of Employment: Term to June 30, 2022Application Deadline: Friday, May 7, 2021Grand Rapids School is a Nursery to Grade 12 school with approximately 400 students and 53 staff members. The school is located in Grand Rapids, Manitoba, which is situated on the northwestern shore of Lake Winnipeg. The school serves the community of Grand Rapids and Misipawistik Cree Nation. This lakeside town offers community services such as cell service, high-speed internet, recreation centre, health center with ambulance service, air ambulance service, two gas stations, restaurants and a grocery store.
