Our maintenance professionals put on a STEP Energy Services hardhat each day, and then get to work facing new challenges. Our equipment is state of the art, and purpose built and the programs that maintain it focus on preventative maintenance, and data driven, statistics based sampling.Our fracturing services field mechanics work alongside our field professionals which allows them the opportunity to get to know the crew and equipment on a personal level. Our rotations are 15/6 with 12 hour shifts in the field. The team works on tractors, transport trailers, fracturing equipment, and sand hauling equipment.
