Member Service Representative - Mobile Support - Grande Prairie DistrictServuss customers are also our member-owners, so we call our customer service representatives Member Service Representatives. Our Member Service Representatives (MSRs) are the smiling people that greet you when you walk into a Servus branch. They are the ones who really make the Servus brand come to life, providing a personalized and friendly experience for each member.They help members through their first steps of shaping their financial fitness by responding to member inquiries, identifying member needs and providing recommendations for Servus products that can support their goals and making our members feel at home. They do this by getting to know our members and helping them complete basic banking transactions like deposits, withdrawals, loans and bill payments, money orders, credit card advances, selling foreign currency, cashing cheques and more.As a Member Service Representative apart of our Mobile Support team you will be serving branches within the city as well as our branches in surrounding communities. This position requires full flexibility through Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday.One advantage of being apart of the Mobile Support team is the opportunity to experience different branches, make an impression on different supervisors and managers, and increase your network of colleagues before applying to a specific branch. When Servus recruits to specific branches we make the positions available to our Mobile Support team first.This entry level position is a great opportunity to start your financial career!
