Job Description

PROJECT CONTROLS ADMINISTRATOR :ABOUT BROCK::The Brock Group is a leading provider of industrial specialty services to clients around the world, with headquarters in Houston, TX, and operating units in Canada, the United States, and Latin America. With the Canadian head office in Nisku, the company supports routine maintenance, turnarounds, and industrial capital projects by providing services including scaffolding and work access, insulation, fireproofing, and asbestos abatement, for general maintenance, construction, turnarounds, and shutdowns to western Canadian producers.SUMMARY::A Project Controls Administrator is responsible for daily time entry, LEMs, and billing as well as general administrative support to their project team. The position reports to the site supervisor and the Project Controls Team Lead.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: :

    • SAP time entry for weekly payroll in a union environment.
    • Daily force reports for the client.
    • Producing daily LEMs for customer approval.
    • Onboarding and new hire documentation.
    • Other administrative/office duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: :
  • - Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with project coordination and management in the construction industry.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
    • Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated skill and experience with invoicing, particularly for major projects.
    • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Experience/training in SAP would be ideal.
    • Ability to work independently, focus oriented, and self-motivated.
    • Strong ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
    • Ability to work in a team environment as required.
    • Excellent organization and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Basic accounting knowledge would be essential.
