Whether you’re out in the field or back at your office, you’ll be helping us achieve our vision of becoming the trusted global marketplace for insights, services and transaction solutions for commercial assets.We’re looking for a Part-time Registration Clerk, The work location for this position is Grand Prairie, Alberta, and is considered a fully on-site role.The Opportunity:The Registration Clerk will answer inquiries and process registration paperwork for assets listed in the auction.In this role you’ll:

  • Process registrations and other required paperwork.
  • Communicate with consignors and sales staff regarding required information.
  • Track interactions relating to customer requests and proactively report areas of customer concerns.
  • Ensure customer confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide customers with information about upcoming auctions.
  • Ensure that superior customer service is delivered at all times.
• Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customersHere’s what you bring:
  • Previous in person customer service work experience.
  • Experience using computers, and the ability to learn new technology/software.
