Job Description

BUSINESS UNIT: GRIMSHAW TRUCKING L.P.POSITION: SERVICE CENTER CLERKLOCATION: GRANDE PRAIRIESHIFT: DAY SHIFT (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide Grande Prairie Terminal Management with Clerical Support
  • Prepare various reports utilizing PeopleNet, ADP, TruckMate and Excel
  • Scanning, Billing, Data Entry, Compile Reports
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
    • Positive, Pleasant and Professional attitude
    • Very good attention to details
    • Commitment to provide superior customer service
    • Proficient Computer and Telephone Skills
    • Experience within the LTL freight industry preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
    • Able to work in a busy, time sensitive environment
    • Self-motivated with the ability to take own initiative on projects
    • Awareness of our Corporate Objectives and Principles
    • Team Player – has respect for self and co-workers
    • Reports to Service Center Manager
