The team works closely together to ensure projects run smoothly and clients #39; needs are met.Not only do we take care of our clients, we take care of the environment by incorporating LEED-certified design in our buildings. The Architectural Graduate will assist PMs and project team for multiple project tasks including but not limited to design development, construction documentation and construction admin phase. Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare design and working drawings for a variety of projects in Revit
  • Prepare documents through Design Development, Building Permit and Tender
  • Assist with feasibility studies
  • Work closely with the Project Architect and the project team
  • Coordinate with other architectural and engineering disciplines as well as external consultants to prepare high quality coordinated documents
  • Work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Keep up to date on construction practices, products, codes, and technologies
