  • Support and develop agency operations through outbound prospecting, client contact, and sales activities
  • Schedule meetings, conduct file reviews, and callbacks
  • Obtain customer referrals in-office
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Prospect new clients to discuss risk management and financial goals
  • Empower clients to make informed decisions through reviews
  • Identify opportunities to match members with the right products and solutions
About You
  • Post-secondary education in business or related fields
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Wealth Management products and services
  • Life and Mutual Fund licence or ability to obtain
  • QAFP or PFA certification within 3 to 5 years
  • General or other Insurance Licence(s) may be required
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-driven environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and marketing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in both team and remote settings
  • Willingness to be involved in community, athletic, or business groups
