Job Description

  • Preparing food items according to recipes and portion sizes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Prepare a daily prep sheet as per stocks indicate, levels on hand and amounts required
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Monitoring inventory levels of ingredients and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
  • Plating food in an aesthetically pleasing manner to enhance the dining experience for guests.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork,
  • Assist employees with company regulations and procedures.
  • Ensuring that food portions and food presentation meet company standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Ensure hygiene by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the kitchen.
