Infosys is seeking an Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC amp;B) Consultant -This position’s primary responsibility will be to lead CIS/CC amp;B transformation Programs efforts at different stages from Business Process Design to solution design, development, and deployment. The role will require experience in Oracle CC amp;B/C2M and Utilities domain. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Calgary, Montreal, or Vancouver in Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.• Experience of full-cycle implementation for a utility (Electricity/Water/ Gas Domain) with hands on technical and deployment experience in Oracle CC amp;B.Preferred Qualifications• At least 5 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in implementing CIS solutions for Utilities.• Utility industry knowledge, especially for North American (Regulated and De-Regulated Markets) utility is a must• Knowledge of legacy CIS systems with knowledge of business context of CIS transformation levers for a utility• Ability to drive independent discussion and workshops with client in large complex transformation programs• Strong leadership and delivery management background• Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementations for a utility (Gas/Power/Water/Sewer) with hands on Functional and deployment experience in Oracle CC amp;B.• Familiarity with process integration of CC amp;B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core WAM, EBS, MDM, NMS, ITRON, L amp;G etc.• Should be conversant with the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)• Client relationship management - Managing relationships with client personnel• Taking Go-to-market CC amp;B/C2M solutions to various clients• Participate in Planning and Governance• Should be able to design, build, test, and deploy solution in Oracle CC amp;B/C2M with proficiency in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)• Should be able to run the functional workshops with business for CC amp;B/C2M requirements• Should be able to conduct the demos during the functional workshops using the CC amp;B/C2M product• Should be able to map the customer requirements into the product and suggest workarounds/solutions for the requirements• Should be able to develop functional design documents from the Functional specification documents and configure the CC amp;B package to meet requirements for projects in this area.• Should be able to capture the configurations required for the product and create a configuration document for the developers• Should be able to design the forms, workflows and portlets, integration with the required systems• Should have proficient understanding of the CIS systems and meter to cash functionality to effectively design the CC amp;B functionalities.• Should be able to guide, mentor and review the end-to-end solution and perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase.• Should be able to assist the Testing team with the functional areas to be tested.• Ready to travel to client locations as needed• Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability.• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
