Ledcor Employee Apply internally in Workday.DescriptionJob Summary: Reporting to the Director, Business Improvement, as a Change Manager, you will provide subject matter expertise in change management services for two large technology transformation projects management projects at Ledcor. You will collaborate with project stakeholders and offer expert guidance on planning and executing change strategies and initiatives. This role will facilitate the acceptance, adoption and successful implementation of the project and technological changes by engaging with employees and stakeholders at all levels.This is a 12-month contract opportunity, with extended health, dentalamp; vision benefits and paid vacation.Join our Business Improvement team today in Vancouver BC or Edmonton, AB!Essential ResponsibilitiesDefine the project-specific change management scope, develop and recommend a comprehensive change management strategy, approach, and deliverables that is tailored to the specific needs of the project Identify and document detailed changes from current to future state for processes, roles, systems, and culture to plan, conducting risk assessments to identify potential obstacles to support successful benefit delivery Implement established organizational change management processes, templates, and guidance to ensure consistency and efficiency in change management effort Analyze impact of proposed changes and assess the readiness the preparedness of the conditions, attitudes and resources needed for change to be delivered successfully Serve as primary change management liaison to cross-functional team members across different geographies and cultures; partner to meet established project goals Identify and assess impacted individuals and groups to minimize commitment gaps; implement engagement activities to help prepare and lead through transition and sustain ownership Support project executives with leadership engagement, including any communication and meeting forums to gather feedback, build ownership and support for upcoming change(s) Work collaboratively with the Corporate Communication team to develop an effective communication strategy and detailed plan to drive project success and that stakeholders and leaders are well informed and engaged through the change process Work collaboratively with the Learning and Talent team and Training Lead to provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programsQualificationsMinimum of 10 years experience in a professional/client services capacity, emphasizing development/management skills in the following areas: organizational change management, communication, learning and development, and general business analysis. Proven track record leading and implementing complex organizational change management programs in technology adoption, strategic change and cultural adoption. Minimum of 5 years experience in demonstrated technology implementation / IT related projects Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Familiarity with project management approaches/principles (e.g., Agile, Traditional, etc.), tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Construction or similar industrial-based industries experience required Experience working in extensive shared services or corporate functions Experience collaborating with and influencing senior executives Management consulting experience (senior-level consulting) from a large professional consulting practice Experience using Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI processes is an asset Advanced knowledge of organizational change management processes and proven application of change management methodologies and principles (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).Work ConditionsThis is Hybrid role, working both remotely and in the office (40-60%) with the ability to travel throughout the year to other Ledcor officesgt;25%Additional Information: Company Description The Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North America’s most diversified construction companies.
