Closing Shift SupervisorPOSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a closing shift supervisor with 2 years’ experience in a kitchen, bartending or serving role. Weekend and evening availability is a must. Candidate must have the ability to lead shift and maintain an encouraging work environment. Candidate must be able to do basic math relating to cashing out. Candidate must be willing to be trained in all aspect of restaurant operation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Maintains good communication with customers, GM and teammates. Ability to solve problems with orders and resolve customer complaints, or bring those issues to the GM. Accuracy and efficiency in all tasks, including money handling and cash-outs. Assist with monthly inventory. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and closing duty adherence. BENEFITS Company phone plan and dental plan. Free shift meal and after shift drink.
