Customer Care Coordinator6-Month Fixed Term ContractReports to: Senior Marketing Manager - Digital Customer ExperienceLocation: Vancouver, BCWorkplace: Hybrid remote - 2 days in our office in downtown VancouverHourly Wage: $23.08/hourHours: 25 hours/week (5 hours/day)We are looking for a savvy, organized, service-oriented Temporary Part-Time Customer Care Coordinator to join our growing COBS Bread team in our Vancouver Support Office.Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - Digital Customer Experience, your main responsibilities will be answering and triaging daily customer support inquiries. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:What you will be doing

  • Communicate with Probe CX (external Customer Support partner) on issues, upcoming events, and policy changes affecting customers
  • Monitor Probe CX responses on Sprout Social and Google Review
  • Train Probe CX team on new platform as needed
  • Create, update, and distribute instructions and templates for Customer Support based on the needs of business and feedback from the network
  • Review current Customer Support processes and identify areas of improvement based on the needs of the business
  • Update Probe CX weekly with new bakery openings, campaign updates, product changes, etc.
  • Report and hide Facebook spam bots for all social media contests
RequirementsWhat You Bring to the Table
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing or Customer Care role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Sprout Social, and Google My Business
  • A go-getter attitude and willingness to “roll up sleeves” to get the job done within a lean team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing administrative functions and processes in an office environment
  • Pro-active work approach demonstrating high level of initiative and urgency
  • Experience using CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of Retail and/or Franchising would be an asset
