Becoming part of the Naturally Pacific team will allow you to engage in the hospitality industry within an expanding company that values every individual #39;s input and celebrates achievements collectively.The RoleIn this exciting new role, the Director of Sales and Marketing will have the opportunity to work with key industry partners to bring the resort and its amenities to guests for the first time! The Director of Sales and Marketing is part of the resort leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the resort. The Director of Sales and Marketing will be primarily responsible for executing the marketing and sale strategy of the resort with the objective of maximizing revenue across all revenue generating outlets on the property.A few things we are looking for in a new team member:

  • 5 plus years of progressive work experience in hospitality sales and marketing.
  • Demonstrated management and supervisory experience.
  • Background in analytics and performance metrics monitoring.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategic plans.
  • Direct and detailed experience with digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of hotel sales strategies and revenue management.
  • Experienced in OTAs, tours, special event contracting and packaging.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in varied written and verbal mediums.
  • Relationship management background with industry stakeholders, vendors, agencies.
  • Ability to travel in Canada and internationally without restrictions.
  • Personal means of transportation in the Vancouver Island or Greater Vancouver area(s) and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Thrive in a team environment and embrace collaboration across varied platform.
