Graduate Consultant - Infrastructure Our infrastructure team in Canada work on some of the region’s most complex projects and programs. We are integrally involved in the delivery of major transport investment programs and work day-in-day-out to support our clients in their journey towards realizing successful outcomes. Our multi-disciplinary infrastructure team will provide you with the opportunity to work in project and program management, cost and commercial management, and project controls; building a range of skills and experiences. Graduate Development Program (GDP) The GDP is a twenty-four month structured learning environment which will provide each graduate with the skills, training, and experience to be a successful consultant in their chosen field. Through the GDP, we will work with you to shape a development plan which is aligned to our technical and behavioural competency frameworks and supports your long-term career ambitions towards achieving professional designation with an industry body.
