We #39;re poised to expand further by establishing a robust sales function to drive business growth and market expansion.Role Overview:We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to oversee our sales development, account executives, and sales operations.This role will be critical in scaling our sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the alignment of sales strategies with our overall business objectives.The Head of Sales will report to the Chief Business Officer and be supported by regional leaders and experienced leaders across marketing, partnerships, and customer success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth across all sales functions.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team, including sales development representatives (SDRs), account executives (AEs), and sales operations.
  • Oversee regional leaders to ensure consistent sales performance and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
  • Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion and customer engagement.
  • Align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and customer success strategies to maximize impact.
  • Oversee sales operations to ensure efficient processes, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management.
  • Implement and manage CRM and sales enablement tools to streamline sales activities and reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the technology or software development sector.
  • Experience in managing and scaling sales teams, including SDRs, AEs, and sales operations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
  • Strong network in Canadian and USA market
  • Must be Canadian national or holds a valid TN work permit
