Training programs are provided.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria.
  • Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles.
  • Guarantee the completion of necessary forms, medical examinations, and other mandatory policy requirements.
  • Set up client insurance coverage, compute premiums, and work closely with clients to determine an appropriate payment method.
  • Assist clients throughout the claims process, providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the latest and most relevant information.
  • Proactively manage and nurture client relationships, seeking opportunities to add value and address evolving insurance needs.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid insurance license in BC.
  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical, etc)
  • Proven track record in insurance sales or a related field for at least two years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and understandably.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving industry, with the ability to adapt to changes and learn quickly.
  • Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
  • Proven ability to work with goals
