Join our team and become a part of a community that is committed to driving real change and making a difference.Enough about us, let #39;s talk about you• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders and effectively develop Environmental, Social and Governance policies, strategies an supporting initiatives, materiality assessments and operate ESG strategies and programs. • 7+ years of experience in sustainability and climate change, with significant emphasis on ESG strategy. • 4+ years of experience in a professional services environment leading the delivery of consulting engagements and leading teams through delivery. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and implement effective ESG strategies and policies. Relevant work experience over the prescribed years include the following: • ESG materiality assessments, goals, targets and KPIs, implementation roadmaps, incorporation of ESG, corporate and purpose strategies. • Advising on reporting and disclosure of sustainability and/or climate risk and performance in annual reports and / or sustainability reports. • Establishing sustainability strategies using leading frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc. • Developing transformation and implementation plans. • Development and delivery of related awareness training in ESG and strategy for senior / executive management and / or board of directors, etc. • Proven ability and experience to coach, counsel, and guide clients and staff across all levels of an organization.Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $104,000 - $173,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
