This position focuses on ensuring optimal yield and cost-effectiveness for all LMI parts and products. Key responsibilities include supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, addressing manufacturing issues, and executing sustaining and continuous engineering tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conducting hands-on investigations of manufacturing escalations, implementing Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles, leading cost reduction design efforts, and coordinating the setup and validation of new production lines. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, this role is pivotal in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.Typical duties, responsibilities and activities include:
