Job Description

As the Marketing Manager you will be at the helm of our marketing efforts, steering the company towards unprecedented growth.Your responsibilities include:• Organic Marketing - Social Media: Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy and calendar to engage prospective clients• Organic Marketing - Client Newsletter: Keep prospects and clients informed with regular newsletter campaigns and automation.• Organic Marketing - SEO: Oversee SEO strategies to ensure top ranking in search engine results and driving increased organic traffic.• Organic Marketing - Reputation Management: Implementing strategies to monitor and enhance the company #39;s online reputation, ensuring a positive brand image.• Performance Marketing - Cold Email: Spearhead cold email campaigns to generate 100 demos booked per month. Manage the cold email operator.• Performance Marketing - Partner Program: Support the growth of the partner program to foster strategic alliances, enhancing market penetration and brand visibility.• Performance Marketing - Ads: Support ads agency with campaigns across various channels, including social, search and newsletter drops to generate leads and demos. Manage the agency of record.• Performance Marketing - Events/Conferences/Dinners: Support in planning and execution of industry events, conferences and dinners for revenue growth.• Department Management - Budget Management: create and manage the marketing department #39;s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to hit objectives.• Department Management - Team Management: Supporting the growth and management of the marketing team with the in-house team, agencies and vendors.
