Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Product Manager of Payments and Fraud to join one of Canada #39;s most prominent athleisure companies. This candidate will be joining their Omni Channel team and will have strong experience working in the Product Management space on a variety of payments and fraud platforms. They will be responsible for the execution of the product roadmap, from ongoing improvements to scaled platform wide enhancements to enable payment capabilities across the enterprise. This person will working cross functionally with BA #39;s, Developers, and Project Managers to continue driving scope of work. This person will have excellent communication with the ability to story tell across business stakeholders. They will thrive in a collaborative environment and be a great team player.Skills and Requirements3-7 years in product management in retail, digital tech, eCommerce and/or financial services -- ideally +3 years of experience in the payments (Retail or ecomm background preference)Experience working with 3rd party fraud providers such as Cybersource, Riskified etc.Hands-on experience with Jira and ConfluenceMinimum BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred).Excellent communication and ability to story tell across non-technical stakeholdersProven experience identifying feature enhancements and driving solutions with technical team members and BA #39;s Experience in assessing and managing merchant riskamp; fraud, and familiar with terms like FRAML, 3DS, chargebacks nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
