The company has been creating iconic work since 2001, from Martin Scorsese’s Academy Award winning Hugo and HBO’s Emmy winning Game of Thrones, House of the Dragon, through to Amazon’s The Boys, Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and many more. PXO has seven studios and three LED volumes in the US, UK, Germany and Canada.We’re excited to offer a 6-month contract as Production Assistant for the Vancouver, BC studio.RequirementsResponsibilities:

  • Support show and production team with meeting organization
  • Set up playlists and materials for client meetings
  • Manage and track all incoming and outgoing materials including outsource from ingestion to delivery
  • Update the show teams about received material and making sure the material is properly organized and handed off to the respective departments
  • Maintain show e-mail aliases and support on-boarding and off-boarding of artists to shows
Job Qualifications:
  • Previous VFX work experience or education in VFX Workflows
  • Must be proactive, organized and detail oriented
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 and have a basic understanding of OS and file navigation
  • Able to grow and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
Benefits
  • The salary range for this position is $37,000 to $50,000 CND/Year. Individual salaries within this range will be dependent upon skills, experience, and qualifications.
