The Portfolio Governanceamp; Planning function enables effective, efficient, consistent planning and governance of work and initiatives across all Global Digital, Omni and Guest Support portfolios and cross-functional teams in tight partnership with technology and our business partners.a day in the life: key responsibilitiesThe Program Manager, Digital Portfolio Management will support the Global Digital, OMNIamp; Guest Support Portfolio to enable key programs and cross-functional initiatives that span across all portfoliosSupport the enablement of a governance model and programs to ensure oversight and standardization of initiatives across all Global Digital, Omni and Guest Support portfoliosManage and enable a structure and framework to provide consistent taxonomy in how teams define work that ladder up to business goals and prioritiesCoordinate and prepare materials for senior leadership team to assess portfolio health, review risks, and make informed decisions to steer work across portfoliosDevelop tools and deliverables to enable governance and coordination for all portfolio governance and planning programs that span across portfolios Build, communicate and execute change management plan and deliverables to stand up and enable Portfolio Governance and Planning functionDevelop, manage and coordinate maintenance of an annual calendar of key events, milestones and deadlines that span across all Global Digital, Omni and Guest Support teamsPartner with other functional portfolio leaders and technology stakeholders to co-create a one shared governance framework and shared ways of workingSupport the development of a Community of Practice for all program management resources Facilitates delivery of programs/projects that span multiple portfolios and/or include multiple cross-functional partnersqualificationsMinimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university in business operations or related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred 5+ years of related experience in program management and change management preferably in vertically integrated, global, retail environmentsExperience working with systems and/or with technical teams seen as an assetExperience in retail operations and or other relevant fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and cross-functional relationship-building skillsAbility to drive results independently and collaboratively as a team playerAction-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-starter and results drivenComfortable with ambiguity and is resilience to changePassion for developing new ways of working with creativity and flexibilitymust havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. The typical hiring range for this position is from $98,300 - 129,00 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
