We are also a Licensed Immigration Firm.Our Client and Employer is looking for a Retail Sales Associate for a teenage and children #39;s clothing and products store. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect items for their needs.Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
  • Handle cash register transactions, including processing sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and priced correctly.
  • Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, store policies, and product information.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma; Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent English and communication skills.
  • Willingness to relocate.
  • Previous experience in clothing stores is a plus.
